After install not showing open id choices under login area

Redmine 2.3.2

How do you get the Openid providers area to display below the login? Only the openID box shows after enabled.

I have the same issue in Redmine 2.4: the selector is not displayed. Did you manage to make it work?

I had to clear the browser cache, since Redmine will respond with status 304 Not Modified when the page is reloaded after the plugin is installed.
