Release 0.11.0 does not include some metadata files

As the maintainer for the Fedora package for glue I have noticed that starting from the release 0.11.0 at pypi https://pypi.python.org/pypi/glue/0.11.0 the tar.gz package does not include the COPYING and AUTHORS files.

@jorgebastida can you please make a 0.11.1 release that include these files and upload it to pypi? Otherwise I need to manually add those two files to the rpm package.

Will do. The Debian/ubuntu maintainer experienced this issue too. Will try to fix it asap.
