This would be prefect way.

I can scroll throught the "soon to be" removed media and exclude if neccesarry right there!

I would love this feature as I currently haven't managed to get a fully automated removal of items added by lists. I'd need to use web hooks and a custom script to block from lists after deletion but I'd much prefer the option "on delete" from maintainerr

I understand this isn't exactly what the feature request suggests, but currently, when you remove an item from a Maintainerr generated collection in Plex, an exclusion record is created on the next sync (though only for that specific collection).

And this makes me realise I did not read the request properly at all... Sorry for describing a completely different feature.
