Hey, thanks for your report. Do you have server logs available? Perhaps the backend crashed for some reason.
if possible, it’d be great if the ‘DEBUG=true’ environment variable was set before triggering the issue and acquiring the logs.
Attaching my compose file where I have DEBUG set to true. Also attaching my log for a brand new container. I don't get any debug tho. You can see at the bottom where I've removed the movies. Perhaps I've not set it correctly? maintainerr1_logs.txt maintainer_compose.txt
@jorenn92 - anything else I can provide to help diagnose?
It appears the backend didn't crash. I'm actually not sure what's going on.. What architecture and system are you using? Perhaps this is a resources issue where the server can't keep up?
Thanks for the response. I was wondering the same thing. Obviously, this is running on docker. I’ve run on two different systems. One is an Intel 10th generation i7 and the other is a Ryzen 16 core which is a little bit older. Both running Ubuntu 22. I get the same results on both systems. Both of them are fairly powerful. I’m also wondering if it’s the size of my Plex library that could be could be causing the problem and believe there’s 40,000 episodes of TV and 4000 movies.
It's possible it's the size of your library that's giving issues. How long does it take to handle your rules? Is that working as expected?
Hey @jorenn92 - I wanted to share that this issue had continued to be a problem for me, but the latest release seems to have addressed it. My movie collection has consistently processed rules without issues for several days now. I’ll keep monitoring.
I'm checking 2.1 now to see if it solves this issue for me. More to come.
@mefbgil - Realized that I commented on your issue and not my own. I was following this because I am/was experiencing something similar. I had looked into it for a while and reported it under https://github.com/jorenn92/Maintainerr/issues/1068 but later gave up.
No same behavior. After the last line in the log below, I get no UI response, nothing in the logs. The UI will finally come back on its own.
