How do I use this?

I just downloaded the files and there's nothing to launch it with. How do I start it? Is there a separate file I need to download?

By files you mean this GitHub repo?

As it currently stands, this repo has to be run on a web-server. You can use XAMPP or MAMP to simulate these for you. However, over the next month or so, this tool will be entirely replaced online - so it will lose its PHP dependency; meaning it will be able to be run offline.
