Hide application in dock

I added Application is agent (UIElement) in the Info.plist, so the icon does not show in the dock. I'm not sure if this is a feature you want, but it's something I like. You can take it or leave it.

Just seeing this now @Sid-MB ! Thanks for taking the time to make a PR!

It's very strange because the app does not appear in the dock on my device anyway. Will look into it some more!

Actually, after quitting and re-launching it's no longer sitting in the dock.

A quit & reload fixes it showing in the Dock for me too, but it always shows in Mission Control as a label with no icon & no hitbox. It does count as an element tho - if other windows would normally be balanced or centred, they will be pushed to the side to make room for the label. Would merging this PR fix that?
