how do you even get to make fpm work?

i installed the package but if write fpm i get absolutely nothing i scouted trough the intenet the problem is its a pathing problem but i found the command to fix it but i have to type it in ALL THE TIME to make it work.is there any way to make ruby packages work without spamming your terminal?

please if you find the solution add it to the fpm documentation because other people will be so thankfull for that.
