added support for RPM ghost files

Moin ! I needed fpm to be able to add ghost files in RPMs. See: this link. Did not had to change a lot. I basically copied the "--rpm-tags" - code.

It would be very useful to have the %ghost tag in FPM. Has anyone found a workaround for that, or is everyone waiting for the PR?

It won't be enough just with the %ghost tag, according to the following information: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackagingDrafts/Logfiles

It seems that dhost is still not supported by fpm currently. Is there any other way to avoid the error that the file to delete cannot be found when rpm is uninstalled.
