[Bug] Cannot add paste with view only once expiration

using v2.1 I'm finding when you set paste expiration as view once the actual submission of the paste uses up that one time view.

Surely either the submission shouldn't count or instead after submission (clicking "paste") then it should direct back to index.php instead of calling the paste id?
