add documentation for getting started

It's not obvious how to start the application. I've cloned, installed dependencies, and run

R -e "shiny::runApp('~/temp/nyt-bar-optimizer')"

The app comes up, but it doesn't know about any drinks and there are problems accessing Bootstrap files.
