In this case, I have reviewed all of the PRs in the "Involving me" section save the top. It would be helpful to have some way of seeing the "current state" of each PR from my POV.

For example, there could be another column on the right which lists states such as one of ('approved', 'changes requested', 'commented', 'draft'). It's not clear to me as a user what the total # of states is or should be, so this is just a suggestion to spark discussion.
