We need support for concrete5 ver.5.7.x. Will you?

I have a working 5.7 version here: https://github.com/MichaelTaylor3D/c5_designer_content Ive been using it successfully, but Jordan hasnt had a chance to review it yet. Ill try to help out in the mean time if you run into any bugs.
