Implement chord fingering graphics.

  • Should display on hover over each chord
  • Should display a chord summary of each chord in the song above the viewer
  • Initial implementation will show a single fingering, but should eventually allow selecting multiple variations

Maybe use web components for chords to replace the current span classes?
