Updated daterangepicker to version 2.1.14

It could be a good idea to update daterangepicker to version 2.1.14.

ISO for week numbers is supported.

Hi! How I could install this last version in my project? In rubygems the last version of bootstrap-daterangepicker-rails is 0.1.2 so the last changes is not updated.
