[Feature Request]: Add Toggle to expand hidden section to contain always hidden icons

Description

This is the idea: If an icon accidentally gets added to the always hidden section (docker desktop for me seems to constantly do this), then the only option to check this, is to go into the settings.

Granted this use case would be much rarer for me without this unprompted change of place for docker.

So another use case: Make it easy to show the always hidden icons. There is already a shortcut to so. For Users preferring to use the mouse, this doesn't work however.

So this is the idea: Add a chevron (or other icon) to the hidden section, that allows me to expand it to also show the always hidden icons.

That transforms the always hidden section into one that is rarely used but still easily accessible, making it much less painful to occasionally have to use something from that bar.
