[Bug]: App with dropdown from menu bar (Mullvad VPN) appears as it auto-hides

Description

Settings (which I think may be relevant):

• Use Ice Bar: on
• Location: Dynamic
• Automatically rehide: on
• Strategy: Smart

Observed on: Mullvad VPN Cilent

I don't have another app which drops down from the menu bar, so I'm unable to generalize the idea.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Ice Bar
2. Click the Mullvad VPN lock (the icon will appear in the native menu bar and dropdown appears)
3. Click anywhere other than the VPN client
4. Wait for a while and the client will appear without the icon in the native menu bar
