[Bug]: Dropped menubar clicks

Description

Very many clicks on menulet icons end up getting dropped when using Ice, compared to the ordinary Apple menubar.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click on a menulet icon.

macOS Version

15.6.1

Additional Information

Similar third party menubar customization utilities, including TopNotch, also experience this bug.
