[Bug]: Show on swipe works but not scroll

Description

As titled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on Ice bar
2. Enable Show on scroll and disable Show on hover
3. By using swipe with two finger, you can trigger the Ice bar
4. But with a mouse scroll wheel, you can't
