Try the beta under releases. Those issues have been fixed

I have the same issue on the stable version of MacOs 26. The App version: 0.11.12

Can confirm that the version Ice 0.11.13 (macOS Tahoe Beta 2) has fixed this issue.

Update

Maybe I did a bold statement that it fixed for everyone so I'm here to reiterate that it worked for me. Here's my settings:

I have totally removed the previous beta Version, restarted the Mac and installed [Ice 0.11.13 (macOS Tahoe Beta 2)]. Unfortunately I still have the same problem with version [Ice 0.11.13 (macOS Tahoe Beta 2)]. The issue is NOT fixed on my Mac Tahoe 26.1 Beta.

I am using macOS 26.0 stable release. After installing [Ice 0.11.13-dev.2], the issue was resolved.

For me also the issue is still there with 26.0.1 and 11.13-dev.2

Same issue for me as the others. Additionally, when I click on the Ice icon in the menu bar, it crashes - confirmed in Activity Monitor the program is killed when clicking on the icon. Clicking/hovering on empty space does nothing (doesn't show hidden icons).

Reinstalled 11.12 and same.

Installed 11.12-dev2 and so far so good - clicking on ice icon shows hidden icons, clicking on empty space shows icons. Tried all of this on 26.0.1.

I tried dev2, but it still doesn't show up on my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it didn't work.

I tried dev2, but it still doesn't show up on my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it didn't work.

+1, dev2 can't work as same.

I have updated my Tahoe and ICE, I have double checked app permissions. What has helped me is reading the screen and it DOES read "Use Command + Dragging" in the menu bar.... yes its true. At least now I can place the icons in the proper position while this bug is worked out!

Has anyone found a fix for this?

karamfil avatar Oct 30 '25 11:10 karamfil

Command + Dragging the icons in place helped me have the right icons in the shown vs hidden groups and the order I prefer.
