[Bug]: Hidden Menu Bar Icons Persist in Main Bar After Use

Description

When an icon from the hidden section of the menu bar is clicked, it correctly appears in the visible menu bar. However, it does not automatically return to the hidden section afterward. The icon remains permanently in the main menu bar until it is manually moved back via the ICE settings. The expected behavior is for the icon to re-hide after a set period or after use. I have checked the settings for a relevant auto-hide option but was unable to resolve the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Place an application icon into the "Hidden Bar" section within ICE's settings.

Hover the menu bar to reveal the hidden icons.

Click on the icon that was just moved to the hidden section.

The icon will appear in the main, always-visible menu bar.

Wait or click away from the application.

Icon does not move back to the hidden section automatically.

I'm seeing this using 0.11.13-dev.1 on Sequoia 15.6.1 as well as on Tahoe 26.0 Developer Beta (latest).

I am having the same issue using 0.11.13-dev.1 on Tahoe 26.1. Is there any fix for this yet?
