[Bug]: Clicking on BusyCal Menu in hidden section opened Apple Menu instead

Description

I have about 12 menu bar icons, half hidden, half always visible. When BusyCal Menu was in the hidden section, clicking on its icon in the floating-under menu activated the Apple Menu instead. All other icons behaved as expected, both to the left and the right of BusyCal.

I moved BusyCal to the always visible section and it works correctly. Moving it back to a different position in the Hidden section and it works again!? However, the Apple Menu is now appearing at random times without any menu interaction.

I have a similar issue, but I couldn't find any pattern. Currently, I don't set any always hidden icons, place some items in the hidden menu, display the small dot icon for Ice, and allow clicking anywhere on the top bar to show the hidden menu. Sometimes, the Apple logo in the top-left corner is automatically clicked, and once it even instantly opened "About This Mac."
