[Feature Request]: Custom refresh rate for menu bar item images

Description

Currently, images of menu bar items in the Ice Bar, and Menu Bar Items settings refresh at a rate of once every 3 seconds. Ice should have a setting to change this so users can customize the accuracy of the images that are displayed.
