[Feature Request]: Use Ice Bar as overflow spot for otherwise-hidden menu items

Description

Rather than having the Ice Bar be an all-or-nothing place to show hidden menu items, it would be useful it if could instead be an overflow spot for items that lack room to be displayed -- whether because of the notch or because of application menus.

I think I would like a similar solution where you can determine the normal hidden applications in the menu bar itself, but the always hidden items to be in the separate bar.

@Duckbilled You may want to file a separate issue for that, since it seems mostly-unrelated to the request in this one.

Thanks! I think, in that case, my idea is similar to (or solves the same issue in) #208.

I’m not sure I understand correctly:

Does this mean the Ice Bar would simply show all those menu icons that do NOT fit in the menu bar? I.e. any empty space in the menu bar would simply be filled with menu icons until no more fit in?

That would be awesome!

+1 for this. With macOS's camera/microphone/screen sharing icons, the application menu bar overflowing to the other side of the notch, and menu bar icons that use a variable amount of space, the actual number of icons that fit in the menu bar can change somewhat often for some users. Would be great to have support for this in Ice.

So how Bartender implements this is that Bartender Bar shows all hidden icons and then to the right of those it shows any visible icons that have overflowed off of the menu bar. So I presume if you didn't have anything in the hidden section and just had everything in the visible section that it would overflow. Only issue Bartender has is that it doesn't ensure that the button to show the Bartender Bar doesn't itself overflow.
