[Feature Request]: Arrange items directly inside Ice Bar

Description

Users should be able to Command + drag items in the Ice Bar, just like they can in the menu bar. If just one or two items need to be arranged, it would be much more convenient to be able to do it immediately instead of having to go into the "Menu Bar Items" settings.
