[Bug]: Offscreen items are dimmed in interface after being moved

Description

After moving an item that is offscreen, its image representation in Ice's interface becomes translucent until another item is moved, after which the newly moved item becomes translucent and the initial item fixes itself.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Menu Bar Items settings pane
2. Move an offscreen item
3. The item will become translucent
4. Move a second item
5. The first item will be back to normal
6. The second item will now be translucent
