DOCUMENT: explain that edge case 4 items and 3 colors will have touching colors

• need to explain to user that is THEIR responsibility and the only possible solution would be to add a new color to make 4 items === 4 colors and that isn't an option we want because we don't want to opinionate color schemes into User implementation
