set default for note template by notebook

Just an idea but I think it would be nice if you could set the template based on what notebook you currently had selected.

For example, I have a "daily log" notebook which I use a template for (basically just inserts the date and some headlines). It would be really nice if I was in that notebook and didn't have to ctrl-alt-i to get it.
