C++14.0 is required

I downloaded 15.0, but it doesn't seem to work either. It seems only C++ 14.0 will be useful, but the versions go straight from 13.0 to 15.0 according to microsoft: https://www.visualstudio.com/vs/older-downloads/

Not sure how to resolve.
