Add field for last team leader election in team

This will helps to keep track of teams that need elections.

Are you sure that this is a missing feature? Consider that, when one steps up as Team Leader, (s)he has to be added to the Team with the new Position (Team leader), so the start date is recorded in the Volunteers Portal. This date could be used as date to start the term, imho

@jeckodevelopment if people start creating spreadsheets to keep track of the date for new team elections I do think we need to do something at least.

I am not sure if the start date is always the best way to find out? If a new team lead is elected every year yes, but this is not always the case. What if someone is re-elected within a year due to whatever reason?

It's definitely a missing feature and would help me out a lot. Because in production at least a lot of people get re-elected so I'm not quite sure ever who's at a year and who's at more

Not to bump the issue, we indeed created a list few weeks ago after searching, checking and ask questions for Operations. The field will make life a lot easier.
