[5.1] French Language File Data error

Steps to reproduce the issue

Install the french language pack in Joomla 5.1 Go to the Extensions page and filter on French Php error reporting maximim

Expected result

Date displayed in y-m-d

Actual result

The first part of the problem is that the creation date in the languages xml files is only in the format m.y - this is why the date is displayed as 1970-01-01 @tecpromotion

But I would expect the same for all three and not the additional deprecation message

As nothing has changed in the core then nothing is fixed.

I've corrected the date in the FR 5.1.1 language pack, it's OK. But I confirm that the error is still displayed if I install the old 5.1.0 pack with the . in the date.

This 5-1-1-1 version is ok, it has no more . in the date https://downloads.joomla.org/language-packs/translations-joomla5/downloads/joomla5-french/5-1-1-1 Version 5-1-0-1 and earlier had a file with a . in the date. https://downloads.joomla.org/language-packs/translations-joomla5/downloads/joomla5-french/5-1-0-1
