[4.1] [Cassiopeia] Padding issue between buttons in list layouts (Articles, News Feeds)

Steps to reproduce the issue

We have button padding issues in list layouts for the Cassiopeia template. Install demo data for ease of work further.

1. Create a menu item for the list of articles, in the article settings on the List Layouts tab, select Filter Field --> Tags, then Filter Field --> Month (published). Problems in the screenshot.

~~2. Create a news feed and a menu item for it, enable the Filter Field and Display Select options in the feed settings on the List Layouts tab. The Filter/Clear element is missing, and the number of elements should be displayed on the right, as it is everywhere in Joomla.~~
