Change the tags color for more readability

Steps to reproduce the issue

The current tag colors on the tracker are over-bright and not very appealing nor easy to read.

Expected result

I would suggest mirroring the colors used in the github issues tracker more closely. Attached is a sample.

The colors we're using are the same as defined in GitHub, I just see a couple of cases where GitHub's using white text and we're using black. So if there's any change to be made it's going to be in the GitHub repos themselves, not something here.

That said, if someone with a better eye for this stuff than me wants to point out specific items to change, we can take care of it.
