SMTP settings with environment variables

Is there a way to set up smtp settings with environment as it was done with bitnami image? like

JOOMLA_SMTP_USER JOOMLA_SMTP_PASSWORD JOOMLA_SMTP_PROTOCOL JOOMLA_SMTP_SENDER_EMAIL

variables? for now it seems like its not
