ability to disable layout sections

I would like to disable sections whilst designing my layout but this is not deleting them. An end user might design a complex section but has 2 variations they want to try out.

I dont think this needs to be also done for columns, rows, elements becasue it could get messy.

Okay, You are the second person to ask for this and I also think this could be useful.

We are working on re-doing the layout manager to be much better than what it is and will add the ability to disable a section.

A a workaround, you can add class d-none for now and that'll hide it from the frontend.
