Dev/Master Error when trying to access template

I have download the master version to have a look at some things and I got an error when i try and look at the template options. I appreciate this is a Dev branch but just incase you have not come across the error I am posting here.

  • Joomla 3.9.14
  • PHP 7.3.13
  • Database: 5.5.5-10.3.21-MariaDB

Joomla\CMS\Form\Form::removeField `xml` is not an instance of SimpleXMLElement

Yes there are high chances you could be getting such an error if you try to install the Dev version of Astroid because there are major changes happening in there.

Like working on the dependability between the framework & template. As a user you'll now have more power to override anything & everything you want in the template but the core features would be delivered from the framework.

And other changes like such, so currently I'll advice you not to install the Dev Version unless provided by any of us, in case you wish to loose your data and declare Astroid a bug :-P

@Nishtha003 I only installed on a test Joomla so problem with data loss etc.. Thansk for the heads up.
