I have 11 transactions for the address in the screenshot. The first page shows 10 transactions, but the second page doesn't show the last transaction. 

The problem is that it's hard to know the page is whether updated or not right after publishing.

 Currently, the first account is selected to charge fee by default. It bothers users who don't use the first account to pay fees.
