Does the SSL certificate for "api" automatically renews the ssl certificate in case of tls = "letsencrypt" ? If yes, how can I configure it?

For us, the letsencrypt cert doesn't autorenew until the acme-dns service is restarted.

Same here, so I have put a cronjob to restart acme-dns every 2 months 15 days :D
