Option for Kotlin DSL when generating Gradle project

Since Jooby supports generating projects that use both Gradle and Kotlin, I think it would make sense to use (optionally) have the jooby CLI generate a build.gradle.kts file, i.e. a Gradle build file using the Kotlin DSL.
