lock apply when we can

 for example, if it's a new analyticunit, then we can lock "apply" at the beginning. Also we can lock when labeling is empty.

Not default default datasource conf value

 Btw, it's a weird behavior if keep "default" value: not error messages, just that:  So there is not a message like in the first screenshot
