plays mp3s too fast

I tried to use the Windows Connect and Windows Disconnect sounds on SlideNX, and when I disconnected the joy-con, all I heard was a blip (the sound played too fast), so can you make it so it can play longer than a 1-second sound?

it does not play a second, it reproduces what the sound lasts
