Support for [TOC]?

I'm using [TOC] to generate a table of contents in my markdown files. This isn't supported by remarkable (and probably shouldn't, since it's an extension to markdown). What I cannot seem to figure out is if there is a plugin for this. I found markdown-toc, but that tool generates a table of contents in markdown and needs to be re-run when adding new sections. I like the [TOC] tag, since that generates the TOC every time.

Do you know if this is possible to generate using remarkable?
