Update README

Builds a new README, pulling in recent changes to .verb.md (including #105).

This was built with the command listed in the docs.

Thanks @shanehughes3 but now I remember why I didn't build the readme when I merged your other PR. There's an issue with the toc being injected into the docs here. I thought I had fixed it, but I guess not.

@jonschlinkert have you seen this before? If so, is there a way to not insert the toc at that spot?

@doowb You're right, there were some example <!-- toc --> tags that were throwing it off - I escaped them with an extra ! as had been done in the rest of the verb file.

The quickstart would have helped me a lot. Is there any way at least this can be added?
