Adds travis jobs on ppc64le

This PR adds power support on travis.

Added power support for the travis.yml file with ppc64le. This is part of the Ubuntu distribution for ppc64le. This helps us simplify testing later when distributions are re-building and re-releasing.

Closing since this is now outdated, however I still appreciate the gesture very much. If someone wants to do a PR to update this project to use GitHub actions instead of travis I would be happy to merge.
