check_service.sh -> Unknown status: service: only root can use service

I use check_service.sh with SLES11 SP3 and check_mk but I get only the output: Unknown status: service: only root can use service

with visudo i add this lines, but no success:

Defaults:mysite !requiretty mysite ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:ALL

what's going wrong?

Are you running it with sudo e.g. sudo check_service.sh .....? Also, I haven't tested it on SLES, not sure how different it is. What init system does it use?
