Modify "BIN" in the Makefiule to link in /usr/local/bin

@jonschipp Would it be possible to modify the Makefile so that BIN points to /usr/local/bin.

Other than this being "the recommended place to link/install", on Mac OS for a few versions now, /usr/bin is protected against writes (see: "System Integrity Protection") and even as root it will not allow you to write to it/throw an error.

Not that the makefile is really needed for something as simple as this, but people that we have recommended this too have mentioned that it fails for them, and when we take a look - it's always that error on a mac.
