Export Feature

ISLET probably should have an export feature, so that users can download their docker container, or optionally their files from the container, after a conference, or teaching session, etc

I have a workable solution for this in mind now that will export containers and upload them to S3 based on the users SHA256 container hash which won't be guessable. I plan to have it implemented before the new year.
