focus not working in chrome

Focusing is misbehaving in Chrome---e.g., clicking on two nodes to introduce a dependency does not appear until clicking on the text box above the parse. Similarly, after editing a gloss or other text, one must focus the text box containing the CONLLU file for the parse tree to update.

On further experimentation, there seems to only be this problem when a file that has multiple trees is loaded. Single tree files behave as expected.
