Running behind proxy

List of corpora in server mode doesn't link correctly to every corpus if the app is run behind the proxy (which is rather default setting for node js apps).

That's how it looks on a web server with FQDN, see the link: 2019-06-26 17_20_19-UD Annotatrix NodeJS is run behind Apache2 (via proxypass config). Fixed by #356.
