Running dev-server on Windows fails because of Unix-only syntax of command line Other run-scripts are shell scripts.

Related issue #354 is fixed by last commits. Also with new commits in PR #356 run scripts were updated/rewritten to allow running the app in prod and in dev mode on Windows.
