  • page has broken markup, looks ugly, doesn't have a title (bad UX)
  • Help doesn't shown in local version (via menu click): "File not found"

It's supposed to load in a modal, hence no title. The fact it doesn't show in local version is something that I've known about for some time, though I guess I didn't file an issue.
